I. The “Netatmo Satisfaction Guarantee” refers to the purchase of an eligible product in the territories and during the validity period specified in the present terms and conditions.

II. What are the Eligible Products? Energy products [1] and Outdoor cameras [2] (the “Eligible Products”), exclusively bought from Participating partners [3], as detailed hereafter.
1) Energy Products: Netatmo Starter Pack – Smart Radiator Valves, Netatmo Additional Smart Radiator Valve, Netatmo Smart Thermostat, Netatmo Smart Modulating Thermostat, Netatmo Smart AC Controller, purchased between 01 September 2024 and 30 June 2025 (date of invoice as evidence)
2) Outdoor cameras: Netatmo Smart Outdoor Camera, Netatmo Smart outdoor Camera with Siren and Netatmo Smart Outdoor Camera with Siren White purchased between between 01 of September 2024 and 30 June 2025 (date of invoice as evidence)
3) Participating partners: Amazon Germany, Netatmo e-shop and Netatmo retail partners* in Europe. Purchases from Amazon (except Amazon Germany), Netatmo e-shop North America and Marketing Places are not eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee.
*Appointed retailer partners in France: Castorama, Leroy Merlin, Boulanger, Fnac and Darty
III. How to participate in the Satisfaction Guarantee programme?
To be eligible to this operation, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a bank account in the country in which you are registered and in which the Eligible Product has been bought.
You must fill out the Registration Form and register your product within 100 days of the purchase date.
The Eligible Product must have been activated and tested for at least 100 days before it can be returned. Activation is automatically registered when the product is installed.
You can return your Eligible Product without a need to state the grounds, in the following delays:
You must inform us of your decision to return the product via email.
Any incomplete, illegible or late application will be rejected.
After validation of your request, notified by our agency Room3, the Product shall be returned by post as per instructions given by Room3 (Due to local regulation, we need to ask customers in UK/IRL, Switzerland and Norway to take care of the return process).
Only Eligible Products in perfect state and working condition, with the original invoice, with all the complete part and accessories, and in the original undamaged packaging will be refunded. The invoice should be uploaded and must be clearly legible with the date of purchase, name of the buyer, the product name and the invoice price. In addition, all the original parts must be included without damage and including all of the accessories.
Netatmo does not accept responsibility for the costs of packaging, for the postage or for uninstalling the products.
The price paid for the acquisition of the Product (including tax) will be refunded within 4 weeks at most after the return confirmation and can only be made by bank transfer to the bank account specified.
Partial returns are currently not possible. If you apply for a refund, all equipment bought in a single purchase must be returned together.
By participating to the Netatmo Satisfaction Guarantee programme, you accept that the information collected will be recorded and processed by Netatmo and its service providers for the purpose of managing the operation, under the conditions described in Netatmo’s privacy policy https://legals.netatmo.com/?gsc=true&goto=privacy. It will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of this processing plus 2 years.
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing carried out or to request its limitation. You can exercise your rights by making a request on privacy@netatmo.com
