Join the programme

Fill out the form within 100days from your purchase to join Netatmo Satisfaction Guarantee Programme. You must first have purchased and used your product for at least 100 days. After trying it, you can choose to keep or return the product within 180 days of the purchase date.

Return the product

If you are not completely satisfied with your Netatmo product, you can request a refund. Once our team has confirmed that you are eligible, return the product intact in its box, with all its accessories, at your own expense.

Verification and refund

Once we have received your product, our after-sales team will check that everything is in order. If everything is in order, you will receive a refund within 4 weeks following the approval of your request.
